Terms of service
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms are an agreement between Revenuewise (“we”, “us”) and the business that uses revenuewise.app and its apps (“you”). By creating an account, running a free audit or subscribing, you accept them. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you're at least 18 and allowed to bind that business.
1. What we provide
Revenuewise helps fitness businesses get and keep clients. Depending on your plan, that includes a free online audit, a website we build and host, online booking, card payments from your clients, email and text follow-ups, social posts, review management, search and ad tools, and connections to services such as Google, Meta and Stripe. We improve the product continually, so features may change. If we remove something central to a plan you pay for, we'll tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep access to your sign-in email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your staff do.
3. Plans and billing
- Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe. They renew automatically until you cancel.
- Prices are shown before you pay and don't include taxes, which are added where required.
- We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, we'll retry and let you know. If it still isn't paid, we may pause paid features until it is.
- Fees already paid aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree to one.
4. Cancelling and deleting your account
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; after that, paid features stop and your website goes offline. You can ask us for a copy of your data before then.
If you ask us to delete your account, we take it offline straight away and delete it permanently after 30 days. Until then you can change your mind. Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and payment records, are kept only as long as the law requires.
5. Domains
A domain you register through Revenuewise is registered in your name, and you own it. We renew it for you each year while your subscription is active and charge the yearly price shown when you bought it. If you cancel, we send you the transfer code at least 30 days before it expires so you can move it elsewhere. A domain you already own stays yours; you only point it at our hosting and can point it away at any time.
6. Payments from your clients
Card payments from your clients are processed by Stripe through a Stripe account in your business's name. To use them you also accept the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You are the seller: you set your prices, and you're responsible for the services you sell, refunds, disputes and taxes. Stripe's processing fees and any Revenuewise fee shown in the app are deducted from each payment.
7. Messages to your clients and leads
You choose who Revenuewise emails and texts on your behalf, so you're responsible for having their permission and for following the laws that apply to you, such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM in the US and GDPR in Europe. Don't upload contact lists you bought or scraped. We include unsubscribe links, honor STOP replies and stop sending to addresses that bounce or complain, and we may pause messaging that breaks these rules or our providers' policies.
8. Google, Meta and other connected services
When you connect an account such as your Google Business Profile, Google Calendar, Facebook Page, Instagram account, ad account or Mindbody site, you authorize us to use it for the features you turn on: for example reading and replying to reviews, publishing posts you've approved, creating and reporting on ads you've set up, checking your calendar's busy times so clients can't book over them, and showing your class schedule. We use that access for nothing else. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.
You can remove our access at any time, in Revenuewise or in the other service's own settings, and we then stop using the connection. Our data deletion page lists what we keep from each service and how to disconnect it. We aren't responsible for outages or policy changes at those services.
9. Your content
You own the content you give us or create with us: text, photos, logos, offers and client details. You give us permission to store, copy, display and publish it only as needed to provide the service, such as hosting your website or sending your messages. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
Some content, such as website copy and post drafts, is written with the help of AI. Review it before it goes live; you're responsible for what's published under your business's name, including any claims about results or health.
10. Acceptable use
Don't use Revenuewise to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
- publish false or misleading content, fake reviews, or unsafe health claims;
- send spam or messages people didn't agree to receive;
- upload malware, probe or overload our systems, or get around limits or security;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, or scrape it without our written permission.
11. Our property
The Revenuewise software, design, templates and brand belong to us. Your subscription gives you the right to use them for your business while it's active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.
12. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. Our data deletion page explains how to have data from connected services deleted. For your clients' information, you decide what is collected and we process it for you, only to provide the service. If one of your clients asks us to delete their details, we'll pass the request to you and help you carry it out.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other customers or our systems at risk, or hasn't paid. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account without you having broken these terms, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid fees.
14. No guarantee of results
We work to bring you more clients, but we can't promise particular search rankings, leads, bookings or revenue, which depend on many things outside our control. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties not stated in these terms, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You'll cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, if a third party makes a claim against us because of your content, your messages, the services you sell to your clients, or your breach of these terms.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. For significant changes we'll email you or tell you in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Revenuewise after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don't, you can cancel before they apply.
18. General
These terms, with the privacy policy and anything you agree to when you buy, are the whole agreement between us. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term straight away doesn't waive it. You may not transfer your account without our consent; we may transfer these terms to a company that takes over the service. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. We'll always try to resolve a disagreement informally first, so please contact us before starting any legal process.
